Frequently Asked Questions

How does booking a tour or camp work?

Start by enquiring through the form or by phone with your club, player, or team details and your preferred destination or dates. We'll talk it through with you directly to confirm availability and the right fit — once your tour is officially confirmed, we'll send you a secure payment link to register and pay your deposit through our online booking portal.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a deposit of £100 per person secures your place, with the balance due before departure. Both are paid securely online once your tour is confirmed and you've received your payment link.

What's included in the price?

Every Club Tour includes tournament entry sourced on your behalf, group travel coordination, group accommodation, full itinerary management, and on-tour support. Residential Trips and Pro Training Camps add coaching hours, video analysis, and other performance elements — see each service page for specifics.

What age groups and ability levels do you cater for?

Club Tours run across age groups from Under 7s to Under 19s, and we work with clubs of every ability — from grassroots sides on their first tour to competitive clubs and academy or pro-affiliated squads. Wherever your club sits, we'll match you to a tournament at the right level.

Do you run tours and camps for girls' teams?

Yes — for example, our Valencia, Spain Club Tour is a dedicated girls' fixture. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss a girls' team tour to a specific destination.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 75 days before departure and you'll only lose your deposit; cancel 75 days or fewer before departure and the cancellation charge is 100% of the tour price. It's always worth checking whether your own travel insurance covers this. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you arrange travel insurance?

Travel insurance is arranged separately by each club or family, rather than included as part of your tour. We'd always recommend taking out cover before you travel.

What support do you provide once we're on tour?

Every tour and camp has a dedicated point of contact for on-the-ground support — covering logistics, schedule changes, and anything else that comes up so your club can focus on the football.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible — tournament entry and accommodation are limited and sourced on your behalf, and booking early also means better rates and more flexible payment terms for families spreading the cost.

Which destinations do you currently offer?

Club Tours currently run to Barcelona, Girona, Salou, and Valencia in Spain, Rome in Italy, Portimao in Portugal, and Dubai in the UAE. Residential Trips and Pro Training Camps are also available — see the Services section for the full list, with more destinations planned as we grow into the US market.
