These terms apply whenever you book a tour, camp, or trip with Luxury Performance Trips Ltd (company number 17153438, registered office 27 Agate Road, London, W6 0AJ) — referred to as "LPT", "we", or "us". By paying a deposit or the full price for a place, the person booking (whether a club, a parent/guardian, or another responsible adult) agrees to these terms on behalf of everyone included in that booking, and confirms they have the authority to do so.
Each trip page sets out what's included at the base price for that specific tour or camp (for example: tournament entry, accommodation, and standard activities), along with any optional extras and their cost. The final price of your booking depends on the package and any extras selected. We'll confirm the exact inclusions and price in writing before you pay.
We don't currently offer flights as part of any package, and have no immediate plans to — where travel is included, it's ground transport arranged as part of the tour.
A deposit of £100 per person secures your place, with the remaining balance due before departure (see our FAQs for current deposit details). Payments are taken securely through our booking portal and payment provider — we do not store your card details on this website.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. In the rare event that a supplier cost genuinely changes after booking (for example a tournament or accommodation price increase outside our control), we'll always contact you before passing on any change — we won't silently adjust a confirmed price.
We'll always try to help if you need to amend a confirmed booking — for example swapping a player, changing an age group, or adjusting numbers. Requests must be made in writing to concierge@luxuryperformancetrips.com. An amendment fee of £50 per booking may apply, which is payable whether or not we're able to make the change you've asked for, since it covers the administrative time involved either way. If an amendment increases the overall cost of your tour, you're responsible for the extra amount; if it reduces the number of people in your group, the remaining members may need to cover any additional costs that result (such as a room supplement if a room is no longer fully shared).
All cancellations must be given to us in writing by the Group Leader — email is easiest. A cancellation takes effect from the day we receive it, not the day it was sent. Cancellation charges are worked out as a percentage of the total tour price per person, based on how many days before departure we receive your notice:
Please note: for cancellations made more than 75 days before departure, the cancellation charge is equal to the deposit for each person cancelling, regardless of how much has actually been paid at that point.
No-shows: if a player or anyone else included in your booking simply doesn't arrive or join the tour, without having cancelled in advance under the tiers above, no refund is given for that person and no credit is issued towards a future tour — the same costs have already been committed on their behalf regardless of whether they travel.
As with any cancellation, it's worth checking whether your own travel insurance policy covers this — you may be able to claim through it even where our own cancellation charges apply. See Section 9 for our travel insurance requirement.
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a trip ourselves — for example if a tournament is rescheduled or cancelled by its organiser, or another supplier issue outside our control (short of the force majeure events covered in Section 7). Where this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to explain your options, which may include an alternative date, an alternative trip, or a full refund.
Neither LPT nor you are liable for failing to meet obligations under these terms where that failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control — including, without limitation, war or the threat of war, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action or trade disputes, natural disaster, extreme weather, pandemic or epidemic, fire, government action, or the closure of borders, airports, ports or similar.
We cannot guarantee any particular outcome in these circumstances — what we're able to offer always depends on what we can recover from our own suppliers at the time, and we're not able to refund money already irrecoverably committed on your behalf to a supplier affected by the same event. What we can promise is effort: if an event like this affects a booked tour, we'll contact you as soon as reasonably possible, explain the position honestly, and do everything we reasonably can to find the best available solution — which may include postponing the tour, moving you to an alternative tour, or a refund to the extent one is recoverable. We'll always work to get you the best outcome we're able to, but it can't be promised in advance.
The person booking is responsible for making sure all information provided (names, ages, medical or dietary needs, emergency contact details) is accurate and kept up to date, and for making sure everyone travelling has valid travel documents and any required insurance.
Each club travelling with us brings its own coaches and team officials, who act in place of a parent (in loco parentis) for their own players and remain responsible for their supervision and welfare throughout the tour — see our Safeguarding policy for how this works alongside LPT's own role.
Adequate travel insurance is required for everyone travelling, covering the activities involved in your tour. Insurance is arranged separately by each club or family and is not included in your booking — we strongly recommend taking out cover as soon as your place is confirmed.
You choose your destination, and we then source each element of your tour on your behalf — the hotel, on-ground transport, and tournament entry — working directly with the relevant suppliers. Certain elements of your trip are supplied and governed by those suppliers' own terms, which will be made available to you where relevant.
Our liability is limited to our own negligence in arranging your tour, and does not extend to the acts of independent third-party suppliers, or to matters within a club's own responsibility for its players.
We may take photos or video during a tour for use in our own marketing (this website, social media, and similar). If a club or family would prefer a player not to be included, let us know in advance and we'll respect that.
If something goes wrong while on tour, please raise it with our on-site representative straight away so we have the best chance of putting it right there and then. If it isn't resolved, or the issue comes up after you're home, email us at concierge@luxuryperformancetrips.com within 28 days of returning, and we'll investigate and respond promptly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
